Your Trusted Air Duct Cleaners

Be in the Top 5%

Did you know, according to the U.S. Department of Energy, 95% of homes have leaky ductwork?

Capitol Duct Cleaning uses advanced duct sealing technology to locate and seal leaks throughout your system. Quickly, cleanly, and thoroughly. The goal? Stop air from escaping and help your system run the way it should.

BOOST YOUR
INDOOR AIR QUALITY

BY SEALING YOUR DUCTWORK THE

RIGHT WAY

Many things affect the air you breathe indoors, like where you live, your HVAC filters, and even the season. But one of the biggest factors is your ductwork. Air ducts run through less-than-ideal parts of your home, like attics, crawlspaces, and inside of walls. If those ducts aren’t sealed, they can pull in dust, insulation, and other unwanted particles, circulating them through your living space.

Leaks in your air ducts can let in more than just air. When your ductwork has gaps, especially in areas like crawlspaces or attics, it can draw in dust, odors, allergens, and other pollutants from places you don’t want circulating through your home.

This can be especially tough for people with asthma, allergies, or other sensitivities. Unsealed return ducts can also bring in excess humidity, leading to moisture problems and making it harder to keep your home comfortable.

Improve your HVAC system, elevate your air quality, & breathe easier.

THE AEROSEAL PROCESS

The Aeroseal duct sealing process is

done in three easy steps!

First, we’ll isolate your air ducts. This is done by using foam plugs to block off the entrances from the AC and the furnace, ensuring that the only way air can escape is through gaps and leaks in your vents.

After the ducts are isolated, we attach the Aeroseal duct sealing system to your ductwork and run a pretest. The pretest provides us with a benchmark or baseline of sorts that we can use to measure the success of the duct sealing work.

The next step is where the magic happens! Air duct leaks are located and then sealed with the Aeroseal duct sealing technology. Any gaps or leaks throughout the entire ductwork are sealed quickly and safely from the inside with the help of the small adhesive particles. Throughout this process, everything is monitored by a duct-sealing technician in real-time from a computer screen.

Finally, you, the homeowners, are presented with a certificate verifying and proving that the air ducts were properly sealed. Now, you’ll enjoy the results instantly with lower energy costs, balanced heating and cooling throughout the home, and more!
