Fantastic process start to finish. First visit from Brett quoted me what I wanted and offered more with some additional options since there were some rebates available. Communication was top notch. And they solved some air flow issues we had. One hiccup under the house but that issue was resolved and fixed with mutual understanding. Capital Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job! Quintin, the technician, was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the process clearly and followed through exactly as promised. He was also very respectful of our home, which I truly appreciated. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were flexible in working with my availability. The price was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning!

The man, by the name of Quintin, who came out to provide the service was courteous and considerate and allowed me to watch the whole procedure, teaching me about duct maintenance and every other question I had. We had a great experience with capitol duct cleaning. Ross was our technician and he was great. There was a misunderstanding early on about the service, but Ross was very professional and called his boss and we got it all squared away. He was very meticulous and even cleaned our furnace blower fan and evaporator coils in addition to the duct cleaning, which required him some time as he had to take part of the furnace apart. He didn’t charge us extra for this. He also found a small tear in one of our ducts.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the service and the friendly staff. I would recommend this business for your duct cleaning needs.

Capitol Duct Cleaning completed an awesome job at my home today. Technician Quintin arrived promptly and performed the job with integrity and professionalism. He explained the duct cleaning process clearly to me and showed me before-and-after photos of the ducts being cleared and later sanitized. This company invests in professional equipment and clearly trains their technicians well. Andrew was friendly and professional! He was efficient and effective as he took care of our dryer vent, which was clogged with quite a bit of lint! Yikes! Andrew explained how majority of house fires are started due to plugged lint vents. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend CDC services!

I'm currently working with Capital Duct on my crawl space. It hasn't been the easiest job for them but they make me feel completely taken care of. Amy in the office is phenomenal, she is hilarious, personable and caring! Matt and Dom are my technicians, they have gone above and beyond so far! I plan on using them for all my ducting needs and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Hired these guys to clean out my dryer vent and they were fantastic. Quintin and Ross were super friendly and helpful, got the work done quickly, and even worked to fix the wonky vent hardware and gave my instructions on how to fix it myself next time. Very pleased with the service and planning to hire them again for a full hvac duct cleaning.

I was extremely satisfied with Capital Duct Cleaning's service, from beginning to end. Communication regarding appointment time and service to be provided was super, as I had not ever had this work done before. My tech Andrew M. was excellent, calming my concerns about the many obstacles throughout the house and explaining what was to be done, and how. He was really professional. I can't thank him enough. First time using Capital Duct Cleaning and would do so again. We had Andrew as our technician. He arrived early on time to the appointment. The company verified that he would. I like that. He set up his equipment and set to work which went quickly. Andrew answered our questions which weren’t to many.He showed us the before and after pictures which is like night and day. I would say they haven’t been cleaned in a while if ever. Very happy with the end results. Thank you Capital Duct Cleaning for doing the work.

Capitol cleaned 13 air ducts and dryer vent. They did an excellent, high-quality job. Brett was highly competent, thorough, friendly and informative. Explained what he was doing, why and offered self-maintenance suggestions to improve our air quality. Cost was more than expected, but after comparison shopping among reputable firms, found it was fair and lower than some. I also did not realize how much work was involved. Choosing the wrong duct cleaning company can not only lead to a bad job, but it can compromise your HVAC system. Please prep your house of easy vent access.

Great Job-great company

Andrew was great. He explained exactly what he was going to do and took the time to explain the technology he was using. He didn't have to disconnect my dryer and was able to do everything from outside at the the dryer vent. It only took him 15 minutes or so to clean the vent and then he used a meter to ensure that my dryer was putting out the proper air flow. A final cleanup with a powerful shop vac and he was done, I will definitely hire these folks again!

I would highly recommend this duct cleaning company! I truly appreciate the technician, Quintin, who came to my home—he did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived, I could tell he was very professional. He wore shoe covers and brought high-quality, efficient equipment that provided a deep and thorough air duct cleaning. He also shared helpful knowledge and before-and-after pictures with me, which I really appreciated.

I also want to thank the front desk team, especially Amy and her co-worker. Because of my kids’ school event, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I can’t thank them enough for their flexibility and kindness.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!

Andrew was awesome. Birds had gotten into our dryer exhaust and made several nests. He got it all cleaned out and sealed up. Fast efficient service .

Absolutely outstanding service!
The team came out to clean our ductwork and dryer vent, and they did a thorough, professional job from start to finish. They were polite, genuinely friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all our questions with patience. They also sanitized the system and gave helpful, non-pushy recommendations for maintaining clean indoor air. We immediately noticed a difference in air quality. Highly recommend!

Dominic and Quintin just left and I am glad that I went with Capital Duct Cleaning. They got the job done start to finish and gone in 2 hours, just like they said. The price I got was $400 less than the first estimate and edged out the second estimate. The guys were great workers and very pleasant all around. Plus, being a 100% disabled veteran and being on a budget, I'm very happy to support a veteran owned business. I would definitely call this company again and feel 100% sure of recommending them to any of my family and friends. The pictures they showed me made me quite reassured that I didn't waste money on a service that wasn't needed. It very much needed to be done!
